It was about time! LibreLabs members invite you to our very first public event, hosted in celebration of I Love Free Software Day 2025! This special occasion will take place at KubFranceTirana, located at the top of the Pyramid of Tirana. We look forward to welcoming you all as we share our passion for digital rights, free software, and open-source.

What is I Love Free Software Day?
Each year on February, the Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE) organizes I Love Free Software Day, a global event dedicated to appreciating and celebrating the developers, maintainers, and advocates of Free/Libre Open Source Software (FLOSS). This day serves as a moment to express gratitude to those who contribute to ethical, transparent, and accessible software that empowers users worldwide.
LibreLabs is proud to take part in this tradition and bring this celebration once again to Albania, fostering a stronger local community around free software and digital freedoms.

Public Money, Public Code 2025
Beyond celebrating I Love Free Software Day, we will also use this event as an opportunity to present our ongoing work for Public Money, Public Code. Our efforts are aimed at ensuring that publicly funded software is released as free software, benefiting citizens, businesses, and public administrations alike.
Our team members are actively working to make digital sovereignty and transparency a key issue in the tech public discourse.
